Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from Monday, in which you write about questions you are asked from time to time regarding Judaism and its matters, and you request answers for them.
In general, this is not the way—to send such questions by letters overseas—especially since there is no need for this. You should connect with the mashpiim of Anash and the elders of Anash, whom you surely know since you wrote that you studied in the Chabad yeshivah in Eretz HaKodesh; they will guide you.
It is certainly unnecessary to add that it is generally not a person's way in this world to dig after questions and seek them out. For man was created to toil—to do good in his world—and if he begins searching for questions as mentioned above, he will spend all his time, days, and years on this and still will not manage to resolve all the questions in the world. For man is limited: his intellect is limited; his days and years are limited; etc.
May it be G‑d's will that you proceed innocently on the path of Torah—the true path of life—for Torah and its mitzvos are our life and the length of our days. This conduct itself will nullify doubts and questions. It is like a person who is hungry or thirsty: his mind is confused and does not grasp things properly—unlike when he is not hungry or thirsty. Similarly with spiritual hunger or thirst regarding Torah and mitzvos.
It is proper that you keep the practice of reciting the daily portion of Tehillim as divided for the days of the month—every day after morning prayers—and on weekdays before morning prayers give a few coins to tzedakah.
The main thing: do all you can to spread Judaism among your friends and environment in general—and always increasing.
Blessings for a good inscription and sealing for a good year,
In the name of the Rebbe shlita,
Secretary
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that one should seek guidance from local mentors rather than distant correspondence, focus on positive action in Torah and mitzvos instead of endless questioning, maintain daily Tehillim and tzedakah practices, and actively spread Judaism within one's community.
