הנני משתמש בהזדמנות זו להביע סיפוק הרוחני שהי' לי כשבקרני בעתו הרב דולגין שי' מלוס אנג'לס והוא שם במחנה בראנדייס, וסיפר לי על דבר ההשפעה הטובה שהיתה לכ' שם ועד כמה נתרשמו מביקורו. לכן תקותי שכ' עומד בקישור עם המושפעים, ובפרט אשר כל צעיר הוא משפיע בכוח וברי הוא אשר יהי' בונה בית בישראל, ולכן כל הטבה בעניניו כעת נכפלת כמה פעמים ככה בעתיד.
לפלא אשר דוקא בחוברת פא"פ מיום ו' ערב י"ב-י"ג תמוז, ימי הגאולה של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, אשר פרשת הימים ההם בטח ידועה לכ', נעדר בה זכרון הימים האלה. והרי בטח רבים מהקוראים מעונינים במאורעות כאלו שרישומם ניכר עד היום, ויש מקום לומר ג"כ שאדרבה, אלו אשר לעת עתה עדין אינם מתענינים בענינים כאלו, הרי בשבילם ההודעה עד"ז חשובה יותר, וכידוע המשל מחולה שאינו מכיר בחליו, שמצבו אנוש עי"ז יותר.

In response to your letter, you surely know that I do not participate in newspaper polls. I take this opportunity to express my spiritual satisfaction from when Rabbi Dolgin of Los Angeles visited me at the time—he is now at Brandeis Camp—and told me about the positive influence you had there and how much of an impression your visit made.
Therefore, I hope that you are maintaining contact with those you influenced, especially since every young person is a potential influencer and it is certain that he will build a Jewish home; thus, any good done for him now is multiplied many times over in the future.
It is surprising that specifically in the Pa"P booklet from Friday, Eve of 12–13 Tammuz—the days of redemption of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe—which you surely know about, there was no mention of these days. Surely many readers are interested in such events whose impact is still felt today. One could even say that on the contrary, for those who are not yet interested in such matters, this announcement is even more important for them—as is known from the parable of a sick person who does not recognize his illness; his situation is more serious because of it.
