Shalom u'Vrachah!
I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 14th of Tammuz with its enclosure. Surely someone will write regarding the farbrengen for the days of redemption...
2) Regarding what you wrote about arranging a booklet of pilpul, etc., surely this matter was also conveyed in my name. When at least one or two people show interest in this, it will certainly encourage more students to participate. As our Sages say: "Kinas sofrim tarbeh chochmah" (the jealousy among scholars increases wisdom).
3) Regarding what you wrote about students from the Reshet schools – they have already written, and I believe also from Beis Chayeinu Tomchei Temimim were among those who signed, that it was decided that either HaRav M.M., HaRav Y.Y., or one of the mashgichim from Tomchei Temimim would visit the Reshet schools. It is understood that this is the best way to prepare students from Reshet to continue on to Tomchei Temimim and vocational schools.
4) As for arranging secular studies classes in the yeshiva – it is clear that this is not the proper approach. I believe it has already been discussed several times that there must be a distinction between an institution where secular studies are taught and the yeshiva; these institutions should specifically be at a distance from each other so that there is a clear separation.
I was very pleased to hear about the opening of the summer camp, and surely my letter regarding this has already been received by now.
With blessings for success and good news in all mentioned above, in the name of the Rebbe shlita's secretary Mohe Ephraim.
Summary
