הנה מובן וגם פשוט, שהסברא שתהיינה כתות מגיל מבוגר יותר, טובה היא במאד מאד, ומכמה טעמים, אבל ביחד עם זה ג"כ מובן ופשוט, שאין מקום לעשות מין מסחר בכזה, ז.א. שישלחו תלמידות בית רבקה למוסד חינוך אחר, שהרי האחריות הוא על מוסד ב"ר שיתחנכו גם הקטנות דוקא בחינוך על טהרת הקדש, ואין כאן מקום לחילוף זו בזו, כי אם להגדיל ולהוסיף כתות מבוגרות, וביחד עם זה לחפש אמצעים להוצאה הנוספת עי"ז, אבל פשוט שלא לשלוח תלמידות מהמוסד מאיזה גיל שתהיינה, וק"ל.

In response to your question regarding the changes at Beis Rivka, about changing the age of the students, etc.: It is understood and also obvious that the idea of having classes for older ages is very, very good for many reasons. However, it is equally clear and simple that there is no place to make a sort of business out of this—meaning, to send Beis Rivka students to another educational institution. The responsibility lies with Beis Rivka to ensure that even the younger girls are educated specifically in pure holiness. There is no room to exchange one for the other; rather, you should only increase and add older classes while simultaneously seeking means to cover the additional expenses this will bring. But it is clear that students should not be sent from the institution at any age. This should be easily understood.

Special thanks for your list of students working in education, etc., and in general for your report on successful work. My strong hope is that there is even more reason—and much more—to rejoice in the fruits of your labor and that of the other Anash in Morocco. Certainly this will give each one of them strength and courage not only to continue in holy work but also to increase further still. The merit of the many helps them, and our holy Rebbeim arouse abundant mercy for their success in all the above with health, joy, a good heart, blessing, and success also in personal matters.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that while expanding educational opportunities for older girls is praiseworthy, it must never come at the expense of providing pure chinuch for younger students within Beis Rivka itself. Dedication to holy work brings both communal and personal blessings.
