זיכער וועט... שי' אויך שטענדיק געדענקען, אז זיין בר מצוה שבת איז אויסגעפאלן י"ב תמוז, דער ליכטיקער טאג פון גאולה ווען כ"ק מו"חאדמו"ר איז באפרייט געווארן פון תפיסה אין סאוויעטן רוסלאנד, וואו ער האט זיך מוסר-נפש געווען בפועל ממש פאר אידן און אידישקייט, און דערמיט אריינגעגעבן אין אלע אידן נייע כוחות און הצלחה, בפרט די וועלכע שטייען נאענט צו זיין הייליקער ארבעט און הייליקע מוסדות.

I was pleased to receive the news about your son’s... may he live—Bar Mitzvah this Shabbat, at a good and auspicious time. Certainly your son knows that the Bar Mitzvah celebration marks the beginning of a new period when he becomes a complete Jew in every respect, with the fullest responsibility as well as the merit that this brings.
May Hashem Yisbarach grant you and your wife true nachas—which means Jewish nachas—from this Bar Mitzvah bachur. May he be a chasid, a lamdan (scholar), and G‑d-fearing; careful in observing mitzvos with hiddur (beauty) and with chasidic warmth and brightness. This brings the greatest happiness not only spiritually but also materially.
Certainly your son... may he live—will always remember that his Bar Mitzvah Shabbat falls on Yud-Beis Tammuz, the radiant day of redemption when my revered father-in-law the Admor was freed from imprisonment in Soviet Russia, where he had literally given his life for Jews and Judaism. Through this he infused all Jews with new strength and success—especially those who are close to his holy work and institutions.
