Shalom u'Vrachah!

In response to your letter requesting a blessing and a pan. You write about the continuation of your matters in the future—and it is understood and obvious that you should continue studying in yeshiva both the revealed Torah (Nigleh) and Chassidus together, as per the teaching of the Mishnah: 'His fear precedes his wisdom.' Since you are from the Sephardic Jewish brethren, whose custom is very good and proper—to marry at an age close to eighteen—and since you have already passed this age, you should look into this matter, obviously in a manner appropriate according to our Torah's guidance in ways of modesty, etc. Our Sages have already informed us: 'A person sanctifies himself a little below; he is sanctified greatly from Above.'

To your question whether you should search for a shidduch or wait until it comes up: it is explicit in the words of our Sages that one should be like a person searching for his lost object.

Certainly, in addition to your studies in Nigleh and Chassidus, you also keep up with the three well-known daily lessons—Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya.

With blessing for good news in all the above.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that one should actively pursue marriage at the proper age according to community custom while maintaining diligent Torah study and daily learning routines. Effort in sanctity below brings abundant blessing from Above.
