Shalom u'Vrachah!
I acknowledge receipt of your letters from the 9th of Iyar and afterwards. Regarding the educational institution, I have already responded officially on behalf of the administration in reply to the letter which was also signed by him.
To add: unfortunately, the same situation exists regarding other activities. As you wrote that everything depends on the attitude and behavior of one person, it is surprising—since "the law follows the majority over an individual" is not a scriptural decree but a logical matter fitting reality. However, it is understood that the majority must make their presence known in a given matter and activity; this notification comes through action and publicizing it. When both are lacking—even somewhat—the law following the majority is also lacking. Since when necessary everyone gathers together (as seen from all signing regarding the school), it is obvious they should gather to discuss the overall situation. As you wrote, the current state results from this—not that "nothing can be improved for the future."
Finally, I must respond strongly to your letter's conclusion where you link minimal livelihood with activities in Keren Chabad etc., aside from the main point that He Who nourishes and sustains all is Hashem, Creator and Ruler of the world. Also, it is clear (and I hope no one suspects me otherwise) that my wishes are for everyone to have abundant livelihood in actuality—down here below—and not to connect this with any other matters whatsoever. What I previously wrote relating these two matters was only my opinion regarding the situation as I see it—not that I am making conditions or linking things G‑d forbid—not even concerning livelihood as above.
Since we are now in Sefirat HaOmer days—where we count not as first day/second day but cumulatively (two days etc.), meaning yesterday's illumination joins today's illumination and actions—may it be G‑d's will that all good desires of each member of Anash in your community, their goodwill and good deeds joined together will certainly remove concealments and spread forth the wellsprings in your midst and surroundings: Chassidus teachings, guidance, customs among ever-widening circles—with joy and gladness of heart, expanded understanding and expanded livelihood.
Blessings for good news in all mentioned above.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that communal progress depends on collective participation rather than relying on one individual. He encourages unity in action and assures that blessings for sustenance come directly from Hashem—not as a result of conditional involvement—urging everyone to join together for spiritual and material growth.
