ויהי רצון שתהי' בשעה טובה ומוצלחת ובעגלא דידן במהרה בימינו יקוים היעוד, טהרה מביאה כו' אלי' הנביא - המבשר ביאת משיח צדקנו.
ולהודעתו מיום הולדתו הבע"ל. יהי רצון שלארך ימים ושנים טובות ינהל עדתו במישרין במסילה העולה בית א-ל ועד לדרך הדרך (עיין ב"ב ק, ב) מלכו של עולם, מתאים לרצון רבותינו נשיאינו זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
מלכו של עולם אבל בעיקר (ככתוב בקאפיטל תהלים שמתחיל לומר) רועה ישראל, כמבואר בדא"ח הענין, דברוך אתה (המשכת העצמות הוא ע"י) הוי' (צמצום והתפשטות המשכה והתפשטות) אלקינו (כחנו וחיותנו, של בנ"י, ועי"ז) מלך העולם.
וימהר זה בעגלא דידן הנ"ל האר פניך ונושעה מכל ענינים המעלימים ומסתירים כ"א בחסד וברחמים ובהארת פנים דאור פני מלך חיים.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter, in which you bring good news that you hope to soon begin heating the mikveh. May it be G‑d's will that this happens at a good and successful time, and speedily in our days may the prophecy be fulfilled: purity brings... Eliyahu HaNavi—the herald of the coming of our righteous Moshiach.
Regarding your notification about your upcoming birthday: May it be G‑d's will that for long and good years you lead your congregation uprightly on the path ascending to the House of G‑d and even "to the way of the way" (see Bava Basra 100b), King of the world, in accordance with the will of our Rebbeim—may their memory be blessed for life in the World to Come.
King of the world—but primarily (as written in the chapter of Tehillim you are beginning to recite): Shepherd of Israel, as explained in Chassidus regarding this concept—that "Blessed are You (the drawing down of Essence is through) Havayah (contraction and expansion, drawing down and spreading forth) Elokeinu (our strength and vitality, that of Bnei Yisrael, and thereby) King of the world."
And may this happen speedily in our days as above: "Shine Your face and we will be saved from all matters that obscure and conceal—only with kindness and mercy and with a shining countenance from 'the light of the King's face is life.'"
