בכל אופן, אפילו מ'זאל אננעמען אז אלע טענות זיינען גערעכטע, אויך די וועלכע איר שרייבט ניט, איז ניט די עצה אוועקגיין פון א בית הכנסת חב"ד, מיט דעם וואס עס ווערט ווייניגער מתפללים קומט ניט צו אין דעם תקון פון בית הכנסת, נאר אדרבה, אויב מ'רעכענט אז עס זיינען פראן ענינים וועלכע מ'דארף מתקן זיין דארפמען ניט נאר ניט ווייניגער מתפללים, נאר צוציהען נאך מתפללים, וואס דאן וועט ווערען אלץ ווייניגער די שטערונגען און אלץ גרינגער צו מגבי' זיין די רוחניות וקדושה אין דעם מקום קדוש. ובודאי האריכות בזה אך למותר, ויהי רצון שגם בזה יבשר טוב.
וכאשר ראה חסדי השי"ת בעבר ובפרט בהשוות המצב בחורף וכן בבנו וב"ב שי' הנמצאים פה ובשאר הענינים, בטח יוסיף לברך בהודאה לבורא עולם ומנהיגו, שקרבנו תודה הוא להגדיל רוחניות וקדושה בכל מקום שיכול להגיע ועאכו"כ במקום שמתפלל זמן חשוב, ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון.

We acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 27th of Nissan. May Hashem help that each parent should raise their children and grandchildren for Torah, marriage, and good deeds with abundance. May you and your wife derive much true Jewish chassidic satisfaction from them with joy and gladness of heart.
Regarding what you wrote about the difficulties in the Chabad synagogue where you pray, which caused you to stop praying there for a while before returning—and even now there are still issues, etc.—in any case, even if we were to accept that all claims are justified (even those you did not write), it is not the right advice to leave a Chabad synagogue. By reducing the number of worshippers, this does not bring about a correction for the synagogue; on the contrary, if one considers that there are matters needing improvement, then not only should there not be fewer worshippers but rather more should be drawn in. Then disturbances will decrease and it will become easier to elevate spirituality and holiness in this sacred place.
Certainly elaborating further is unnecessary; may it be G‑d's will that you will have good news regarding this as well.
Just as you have seen Hashem's kindnesses in the past—especially when comparing your situation in winter as well as regarding your son and family who are here and other matters—you will surely continue to bless with gratitude to the Creator and Ruler of the world. Gratitude itself brings an increase in spirituality and holiness wherever one can reach—how much more so in a place where one prays regularly. There is nothing that stands in the way of one's will.
