קבלתי מכתבם מיום ג' אדר ב'[2] אשר בהשתתפותו של הרב יודאסין שי' נגשים לבצע תכנית לבנית בית כנסת במקום צריף העץ הקיים, ותקותי אשר בית הכנסת יהי' גם כן בית המדרש ללימוד שיעורים קבועים ברבים, כמו שכותבים במכתבם.
מתאים לכתוב חבר אני לכל אשר יראוך גו'[3] מוסג"פ השתתפות סמלית[4], ויהי רצון שיראו פרי טוב בעמלם.
בברכת חג הפסח כשר ושמח.

I received your letter of 3 Adar II[2], that with the participation of Rabbi Yudasin, may he live long, you are setting out to carry out a plan to build a synagogue in place of the existing wooden hut. My hope is that the synagogue will also be a beis midrash for the study of regular public classes, as you write in your letter.
In keeping with the verse "I am a companion to all who fear You," etc.[3], enclosed here is a symbolic participation[4]. May it be G‑d's will that you see good fruit from your labor.
With the blessing of a kosher and joyous Pesach.

By taking part in building the synagogue, the Rebbe becomes a "companion" of those who pray there.
4. Enclosed here is a symbolic participation (מוסג"פ השתתפות סמלית): מוסג"פ = מוסגר פה, "enclosed here": the Rebbe enclosed a symbolic contribution to the building.
