Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from the 12th of Teves.
I read with great astonishment that you began to repeat a Chassidus discourse but were not allowed to finish the maamar. Even though some have advocated for this practice [so as not to embarrass], nevertheless, we must follow only the directive of our Nasi, my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—may his merit protect us—who instructed to complete the entire maamar [and if someone wishes to fulfill the local custom—to begin again and on the second time to stop]. There are several among those now in Eretz HaKodesh who were also present at that gathering in Poland in 5696, and it is surprising that they have not publicized this instruction. In any case, it is worthwhile to publicize it now. This should suffice...
With blessing for good news,
On behalf of the Rebbe Shlita,
A. Kvent
Secretary

Summary
The Rebbe stresses that when repeating a Chassidus discourse, one should always complete it fully, as instructed by the Rebbe Rayatz, and encourages publicizing this directive for clarity and unity in practice.
