With pleasure I read your letter, in which you share that an initiative group is being organized to work for the benefit of the above-mentioned institutions, and that you have already begun this work at an auspicious and successful time.

I hope you will succeed in drawing a broader circle into your activities and expanding them as much as possible, so that not only will these highly important institutions be able to continue their activities, but they will also be able to expand further and accept even more students.

Beginning this aforementioned work during the days of Sefirah—the days of preparation for the festival of Shavuot, the festival of receiving the Torah—should bring special success in preparing Jewish daughters in general, and especially teachers and educators in proper Jewish education. These Jewish daughters should always be ready to heed the call of the Almighty through Moshe Rabbeinu: "So shall you say to the house of Yaakov," etc.
