It is clear that all those in the leadership of the network (and similarly in other Chabad institutions), who have merited this position from Heaven and have been appointed to their respective roles, were from the outset given all the strengths and possibilities to fulfill their duties completely—without it affecting their health, home matters, or similar concerns—provided they conduct matters in an orderly fashion. As is well known, our Rebbeim were extremely meticulous about instilling order in all their affairs and those connected to them. It is also evident that order in any kind of work greatly increases success.
Certainly, you will utilize the days of the month of Kislev (Yud Kislev, Yud Tes Kislev, and Chanukah), also in the schools of the network, and may Hashem grant you success.

The Rebbe teaches that with proper order and dedication, communal leaders are granted all necessary strengths from Above to succeed without detriment to personal life. Organizing one’s work brings increased blessing and success.
