במענה למכתבו ממוצש"ק והקודמו, בו כותב אודות סברתו ללמוד דא"ח בהסמינר אשר בכפר חב"ד.
ומובן אשר נכון הדבר ביותר וביותר* [כמובן אם זה נעשה ע"פ הצעת והסכמת הסמינר, והלימוד יהי' באופן לפ"ע הבנת התלמידות], וכבר ידוע כמה השתדלות והמכתבים שכתב כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר בכגון דא בעת התיסדות אגודת בנות חב"ד בריגא, כן מובן אשר נכון למלאות בקשת מר... לקבוע אתו לימוד דא"ח, וכוונה פנימית בזה בעיקר בהנוגע "להלחלוחית", יותר נכון - כפי הביטוי הרגיל בדא"ח בכגון דא - פון דער עסענציע, שהרי הנ"ל יש לו השפעה בכו"כ חוגים ובזה גם על המשפיעים בחוגים, ז.א. שכל הוספה בהנ"ל תוכפל כמה פעמים ככה בתלמידיו ותלמידי תלמידיו.

In response to your letter from Motzaei Shabbat Kodesh and the previous one, in which you write about your opinion to study Chassidus in the seminary in Kfar Chabad. It is clearly very much appropriate—of course, if this is done with the suggestion and agreement of the seminary, and the study is conducted according to the students' understanding. It is already well known how much effort and how many letters my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, wrote regarding such matters at the founding of Agudas Bnos Chabad in Riga. It is also understood that it is proper to fulfill Mr. ...'s request to arrange with him a study of Chassidus. The inner intention here—especially regarding 'moisture,' or more precisely as commonly expressed in Chassidus in such cases—'from the essence,' since this individual has influence in several circles and thereby also on those who influence others within these circles. That is, every addition for this person will be multiplied several times over among his students and their students.

* The details and manner of study should be discussed on site. After practical experience for some time, a final decision will be made.
