לפני איזה זמן נתקבלה לכאן שמועה מבהילה[1] אשר הרים יד באברך חבד"י העוסק בצ"צ חינוך על טהרת הקדש, כפי המפורש באחרונים צריך לבטל הנ"ל למטה - בשביל למנוע ענין דומה מלמעלה ח"ו. ואף שהתקוה שזה מכבר בקש מחילה ממנו - כמצווה בתוה"ק, בכל זה מעוררים אותו על זה בפירוש - שבקשת מחילה צריך להוודע הענין לכל אלו שידעו מהענין עליו מבקשים מחילה.
ונשלח המכתב מהיר דחוף, בכדי שועד קודם יום הקדוש הבע"ל יסודר הענין, וכפסק המשנה סוף יומא וק"ל.
בודאי יאשר קבלת המכתב תיכף לקבלתו.

We acknowledge receipt of his pan (petitionary note). Some time ago, an alarming report reached here that he raised a hand against a Chabad Avrech involved in tzt"z education in purity and holiness. As is clearly stated in the later authorities, this must be nullified below in order to prevent a similar matter above, G‑d forbid.
Even though there is hope that he has already sought forgiveness from him—as commanded by our holy Torah—nevertheless, he is being explicitly reminded that seeking forgiveness must be made known to all those who were aware of the incident so that forgiveness is requested from them as well.
This letter is being sent urgently and speedily so that before the coming holy day the matter will be settled, as ruled at the end of Mishnah Yoma. Certainly he will confirm receipt of this letter immediately upon receiving it.
With blessings for sealing in the Book of Life and for a good and sweet year regarding the above.
