במענה על מכתבו בו כותב אודות העתקתו לעיר חולון והקשויים שנתקל בהם בעניני החנות מכולת שלו.
והנה ב' נקודות במכתבו שאפשר שהן הסבה להקשויים האמורים, והם:
א) חשש דהשגת גבול, וצריך לברר זה אצל רב מורה הוראה בישראל אם יש מקום לחשש זה ובאם כן באיזה אופן לתקנו.
ב) כותב שסתם דלת, וידוע בצוואת ר' יהודא החסיד סי' כ' שאין סותמים חלון או פתח לגמרי*.
ויש מקום לומר שכשיתוקנו ב' נקודות הנ"ל יוטב מצבו, ויה"ר שיבשר טוב בהנ"ל ובהוספה בעניני תורה ומצותי' שכל המוסיף מוסיפין לי'.

In response to your letter in which you write about your move to the city of Holon and the difficulties you have encountered regarding your grocery store.
There are two points in your letter that may be the cause of these aforementioned difficulties: (a) A concern about infringing on another's territory (hasagas gevul). You should clarify this with a rabbi who is an authority in halachah in Israel to determine if this concern is valid and, if so, how to correct it. (b) You write that you sealed a door, and it is known from the will of Reb Yehudah HaChassid, section 20, that one should not completely seal a window or entrance.*
It is reasonable to say that when these two points are corrected, your situation will improve. May it be G‑d's will that you share good news regarding these matters and increase in Torah and mitzvos, for whoever adds is given more from Above.

* In cases where such sealing is necessary—there is an instruction from our Rebbeim, well known among Anash: make a hole in the closure using a metal tube (pipe), even if it is then sealed on both sides; afterwards, plaster can be applied over it.
