However, since there are no better people available than them, it is clear that it is not advisable to reduce the work as well, for this would not be a solution but rather the opposite...
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that when perfect candidates are lacking for important tasks, one should still utilize those who are available rather than diminish the work required. Waiting for ideal people or reducing activity only harms progress.
