כבר מלתי אמורה שעליו להמשיך לימודו באחת הישיבות דחב"ד, באה"ק ת"ו, וזאת היא הצלחתו לא רק ברוחניות אלא גם בגשמיות, ומה שכותב שמשער שבמקום פלוני נרגש חלישות בלימוד הנגלה, על כגון דא נאמר נרפים אתם נרפים וכו' ואלו הרוצים באמת ללמוד מצליחים וגם יצליחו...
להודעתו מיום ההולדת שלו בטח ינהג במנהג אנ"ש דיום הולדת בזמן האחרון, והשי"ת יתן לו הדעת והרעיון הנכון שיחליט בטוב לפניו באמת ותהיה שנת הצלחה אצלו בשלשת הקוים תורה עבודה וגמילות חסדים.

In response to your letter from the 6th of Nissan. I have already stated my opinion that you should continue your studies in one of the Chabad yeshivas in Eretz HaKodesh (the Holy Land), and this is your path to success not only spiritually but also materially. Regarding what you write, that you estimate there is a weakness in the study of Nigleh (revealed Torah) at a certain place, about such things it is said: "Nerafim atem nerafim" (You are idle, you are idle), etc., and those who truly wish to learn succeed and will continue to succeed...
Regarding your notification about your birthday, you will surely follow the recent custom among Anash (our people) regarding birthdays. May Hashem grant you proper understanding and good ideas so that you make a truly good decision for yourself, and may this be a year of success for you in all three lines: Torah, Avodah (service), and Gemilus Chassadim (acts of kindness).
