בודאי מתכוננים לנצל את יום הבהיר י"ט כסלו הבע"ל וכן ימי החנוכה באופן הכי טוב ואפשרי להפצת המעינות חוצה ולהפצת היהדות בכלל, והשי"ת יצליחם.
מוסג"פ מה שהו"ל בזמן האחרון, ובטח יזכה בתוכנו את הרבים וזכות הרבים תלוי בו.

In response to your letter: the situation is not more serious than it was several months or even years ago. Regarding relocating due to fear (which has no basis), none of us can know which place is more protected. In general, "the Guardian of Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps," and He watches over each individual with a vigilant eye. Therefore, do not frighten yourself or others; rather, focus on your inner and spiritual mission—to be candles that illuminate—as has been discussed many times both orally and in writing.
Certainly you are preparing to utilize the upcoming bright day of Yud-Tes Kislev as well as Chanukah in the best possible way for spreading the wellsprings outward and for promoting Judaism in general. May Hashem grant you success.
