Haraha"g vaharaha"ch iy"a nu"n melechet melachet shamayim Yitzchak Dubav

Shalom u'Vrachah!

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from Motzaei Shabbat Vayetzei along with the enclosed pan, which will be read at an auspicious time at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal.

Thank you for your effort in delivering the letter to Haraha"g etc. Weiss. Surely you showed him or even gave him copies of previous letters, even though you did not explicitly mention this.

I was pleased to read in your letter that preparations are underway to celebrate the bright day of Yud Tes Kislev approaching soon, as well as Yud Kislev. May it be G‑d's will that this awakening continues throughout the entire year—especially since "the day causes," as it is the Rosh Hashanah for Chassidus and its matters. The inner dimension also affects the outer dimension; after all, Israel is called by the name Tzvi (Shmuel II 1:19), and according to our Sages at the end of Ketubot.

Regarding your observation about the change in language in the siddur—that before Tefillat Aneinu it says "on a public fast," while in Shema Koleinu it says "on any fast": I am unclear about your intent. It cannot be written otherwise; before Aneinu it is specifically on a public fast, while Shema Koleinu applies to all types of fasts. There is no redundancy or change in language here or anything similar.

Enclosed is what was recently published; surely you will also share its content with many others publicly.

With blessings for the Festival of Redemption and for good news in all of the above.

Summary

The Rebbe encourages preparation for Yud Tes Kislev and sharing Torah materials widely. He clarifies distinctions in prayer language and emphasizes that spiritual renewal should influence both inner and outer aspects throughout the year.
