ומה איכפת לנו, ובלבד שילמדו חסידות ובשופי, ויפוץ הלימוד בכל הסביבה ולאח"ז גם בהרחוקה.

It is certainly unnecessary to remind you to engage in spreading the wellsprings outward also in your locale now, as has been discussed many times—not like those mistaken ones who think that during what are called in foreign languages “vacation days,” one should decrease, G‑d forbid, involvement in Torah and mitzvos in general and especially in spreading the wellsprings outward. On the contrary: since during these days one is exempt from matters that are truly mundane and material concerns of this world, one should increase all those matters that are not for personal gain—even to the point of negating reward entirely, even in subtlety. As explained in Likkutei Torah, all revelations called "portion" are so named because they are within the order of hishtalshelus—that is, with measure and limitation. Certainly at every step one can find a recipient for these wellsprings, even though sometimes the finder must turn raw material into a vessel for receiving; this is understood.
Enclosed is a booklet that was published since I do not know if you have it. The words of the Mitteler Rebbe regarding studying Chassidus are already known—even in those generations, new discourses were received with greater fondness. What does it matter to us—as long as Chassidus is studied abundantly and its study spreads throughout the environment and afterward even further.
