לאחרי ההפסק הארוך נתקבל הדו"ח מפרט הפעולות דימי הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז, ולפלא שאין כותבים ע"ד שאר הענינים, והרי בודאי הי' זמן ומקום לכמה פעולות מעת הדו"ח האחרון ועד דו"ח זה, ואולי ימלאו בהזדמנות הבאה, ויה"ר שיהי' תוכן משמח ומתאים להיכולת וליכולתם.
בודאי למותר לעוררם אשר ינצלו ביקור השלוחים שליט"א שעלו מכאן למשך איזה שבועות לאה"ק ת"ו בתור ב"כ אנ"ש ובאי כחי, ומניכו ומיניהו יתקלס שם עילאה.

After the long break, I received the detailed report of activities from the days of redemption, Yud Beis and Yud Gimmel Tammuz. It is surprising that nothing is written about other matters; surely there was time and opportunity for several activities since the last report until this one. Perhaps you will fill this in on the next occasion, and may it be G‑d's will that its content will be joyful and fitting to your ability and capabilities.
Certainly it is unnecessary to remind you to take advantage of the visit of the emissaries, shlita, who have come from here for several weeks to Eretz HaKodesh, may it be built and established, as representatives of Anash and my own representatives; "and from you and from them shall ascend praise to the Most High."
