אין ענטפער אויף אייער בריף פון יום ה' תמוז, אין וועלכען איר שרייבט וועגען דעם צושטאנד צו פארענדיגען דעם בנין פון בית הטבילה מיט די נויטיגע אויסבעסערונגען וועלכעס בריינגט צו באזונדערע געלט שוועריגקייטען און פארלאנגזאמט די פארווירקליכונג פון דעם אזוי וויכטיגער מוסד פאר אידישקייט.
אף על פי וואס די קאסע וועלכעס איז צו מיין דיספאזיציע ווערט אויפגעפאדערט צו בייהילפיג זיין אין א פיל גרעסערער מאס ווי די מעגליכקייטען אירע, און בפרט אז עס האנדעלט זיך וועגען א עיר ואם בישראל ווי מאנטעווידעא, וואס לכאורה איז זיכער דא א גענונגענדע צאל יהודים חרדים וועלכע פארשטייען די לעבענס נויטווענדיקייט פון טהרת המשפחה, און דארפען זיך אנשטריינגען צו פארענדיקען און אויסהאלטען די מקוה.
אבער נעמענדיק אין אכט אז כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע האט גענומען א פערזענליכען אינטערעס אין דער מקוה נאך בא די ערשטע שריט פון איר פארווירקליכונג באם קויפען דעם פלאץ פאר דער מקוה, איז מילתא אלבישייהו יקירא, וויל איך אויך באטייליגען זיך אין דער פארזעצונג און פארענדיגונג פון דער מקוה, און בייגעלייגט איז א טשעק אויף דעם נאמען פון ועד טהרת המשפחה.
און השם יתברך זאל העלפען, אז בקרוב זאל מקוים ווערען די הבטחה וזרקתי עליכם מים טהורים, מקוה ישראל ה', און בפרט ווי ערקלערט אין רמב"ם סוף הלכות מקואות, אויך די הבטחה, כי מלאה הארץ דעה את ה' כמים לים מכסים.

In response to your letter from Thursday, Tammuz 5th, in which you write about the situation regarding finishing the construction of the mikveh with the necessary repairs—which brings special financial difficulties and delays the realization of such an important institution for Jewish life.
Although the fund at my disposal is being called upon to assist to a much greater extent than its capabilities—especially since this concerns a city and mother in Israel like Montevideo, where there is surely a sufficient number of observant Jews who understand the vital necessity of family purity and must strive to complete and maintain the mikveh—
Nevertheless, considering that my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, took a personal interest in this mikveh from its very first steps when acquiring the site for it, it is a precious matter. Therefore, I also wish to participate in continuing and completing the mikveh, and enclosed is a check made out to the Family Purity Committee.
May Hashem Yisbarach help that soon will be fulfilled the promise: "VeZarakti Aleichem Mayim Tehorim" ("And I will sprinkle pure water upon you"), "Mikveh Yisrael Hashem" ("Hashem is Israel's hope/mikveh"), and especially as explained in Rambam at the end of Hilchos Mikvaos—also the promise: "Ki Male'ah HaAretz De'ah Es Hashem Kamayim Layam Mechasim" ("For the earth will be filled with knowledge of Hashem as water covers the sea").
