מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מט"ו תמוז והקודם לו עם המוסגר בו, ולפלא שאין מזכיר ע"ד ביקורו אצל האנשים אודותם דברנו בהנוגע להפצת המעינות ע"י הנהגת לימוד החסידות באופן קבוע, כדרישת רבנו קביעות לא רק בזמן אלא גם קביעות בנפש, ובטח ימלא בזה בפעולה וגם בכתיבה מה שלא נעשה עד עתה, ואף שכנראה חושש לסבר הפנים בו יקבלוהו, תקותי שלא אלמן ישראל ח"ו ובכמה מקומות יצליח במדה מסוימת וע"ד לקיחת חלק בערב יום הקדוש הרי אם נגזר ח"ו שבאיזה ענין לא יקבלוהו בספ"י בתכלית השלימות, יה"ר שיצא ידי הגזר ע"י דבורו ע"ד לימוד פנימית התורה תורת החסידות המאור שבתורה, ובפרט שבכלל ה"ז דאגה מוגזמת...
אף שמצדי לא פרסמתי הדבר, אבל כנראה שהגיע גם לחוץ, שמשתדל אני בהנוגע לפרסום הפס"ד בהפלגת אניות ישראליות הנוסעות גם בש"ק, ות"ח אם יודיע הנעשה בזה והמשך הדברים.
בברכה להצלחה מופלגה בעניניו הפרטים והטפול, ובטח יבקר הוא וכן זוגתו שתליט"א במקומות הקדושים ובהגשת פתקא למילוי משאלות לבבם לטובה בקרוב.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 15th of Tammuz and the previous one with its enclosure. It is surprising that you do not mention your visit to those people we spoke about regarding spreading the wellsprings by establishing regular study of Chassidus, as our Rebbe demands—regularity not only in time but also in soul. Surely you will fulfill this both in action and in writing regarding what has not yet been done. Even though it seems you are concerned about how you will be received, I hope that Israel is not forsaken G‑d forbid, and in many places you will succeed to some extent. Just as when taking part on Erev Yom HaKadosh (the eve of Yom Kippur), if it is decreed G‑d forbid that in some matter you are not received with complete favor, may it be G‑d's will that you fulfill the decree through your words about studying the inner dimension of Torah—the Torah of Chassidus, the light within Torah. Especially since this is generally an exaggerated worry...
Although I have not publicized this matter myself, apparently it has reached outside as well: I am working regarding publicizing the halachic ruling about Israeli ships that also travel on Shabbos. Thank you if you inform me what has happened in this regard and any developments.
Blessings for outstanding success in your personal matters and activities. Surely you and your wife (may she live long) will visit the holy places and submit a note for the fulfillment of your heartfelt wishes for good soon.

P.S. The Avrechim (may they live long), emissaries of Anash and my representatives, will arrive in Eretz HaKodesh at the beginning of Menachem Av. Surely you will do what depends on you for their mission's success—especially in the main thing: spreading the wellsprings outward; this was also discussed with you before their departure.
