... ובמ"ש בסיום מכתבו, מה יהי' הסוף. - הנה לפלא הספק ח"ו בזה, כי ידוע פסק בי"ד שלמעלה, אשר בכל ענין של תורה יראת שמים ומדות טובות תהי' יד מקושריו והולכי בעקבותיו (של רבנו הזקן) על העליונה (עיין קיצורים והערות לס' תניא סוף עמוד קכ"ב) וגם זה בכלל שכבר הצליחו להעמיד מוסד חינוכי חב"ד, ובודאי תומשך ההצלחה גם בעתיד להמשיך בבנין המוסד ולשפרו באיכות ובכמות, ויה"ר שיעשה זה בשמחה ובטוב לבב.
ולקראת חג השבועות הבע"ל הנה בלשון הרב הוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר יהי רצון שנזכה כולנו בתכ"י לקבלת התורה בשמחה ובפנימיות.

... And regarding what you wrote at the end of your letter, "What will be the end?" – It is surprising to even have a doubt about this, G‑d forbid. For it is well known the ruling of the Heavenly Beis Din that in every matter of Torah, fear of Heaven, and good character traits, the hand of those connected to and following in the footsteps (of our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe) will be victorious (see Kitzurim v'He'aros to Sefer Tanya at the end of page 122). This is also included in what has already been achieved: establishing a Chabad educational institution. Surely success will continue in the future as well—to further build and improve the institution both qualitatively and quantitatively. May it be His will that this be done with joy and gladness of heart.
And as we approach Shavuos, as expressed by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe: May it be His will that we all merit to receive the Torah joyfully and inwardly.
