מאשר הנני קבלת הפרטי-כל מימי כ"ז ניסן ה' י"ד וט"ו אייר, ובודאי במשך הזמן נתקבל מכתבי מענה על הפ"כ הקודם, ואחכה לבשו"ט בהענינים אודותם נכתב שם.
זה איזה זמן שהתכתבתי עם מר דוד שי' הלמן רוקח, בהנוגע לפתיחת מרקחת בכפר חב"ד, וכנראה ממכתביו אשר לא נפלאת היא. וכיון שתלוי הענין בפרטים ופרטי פרטים, מהנכון הי' שיתדברו עמו ויבררו כל הפרטים אשר בזה, והרי גם זה נכנס במסגרת התפשטות והתרחבות כפר חב"ד.

תמיהתי (מהולה בצער קצת) על אשר ברוב קטעי המכ"ע שנתקבלו ומתקבלים גם עתה נזכר בדוקא השם שפריר! והרי זה כו"כ עוררתי ע"ד נחיצות קביעות שם כחב"ד ובדוקא. ולפלא שכנראה ענין זה קל בעיניהם, בה בשעה שארז"ל שמא מילתא הוא.
ומוכח גם מיני' ובי', מזה שהמכ"ע כותבים בדוקא ההיפך. וד"ל. ובטח עתה שעת הכושר להביא בפועל גם את זה, ולכלול (בשם זה או: כחב"ד א' וב') גם הכפר הישן...

I acknowledge receipt of your detailed report from the days of 27 Nissan and 14 and 15 Iyar, and certainly by now you have received my response to your previous report. I await good news regarding the matters written about there.
For some time I have been corresponding with Mr. David sheyichyeh Helman Rokach regarding opening a pharmacy in Kfar Chabad, and it seems from his letters that it is not an impossible matter. Since this depends on many details and particulars, it would be appropriate for you to speak with him and clarify all relevant points. This too falls within the framework of the expansion and growth of Kfar Chabad.

I am somewhat pained to note that in most sections of the newspapers received—and still being received—the name 'Shafrir' is specifically mentioned! I have repeatedly stressed the importance of establishing the name as 'Chabad', specifically. It is surprising that this matter seems unimportant to them, even though our Sages say that a name is significant. This is also evident from their own actions—since the newspapers specifically write otherwise. Enough said. Surely now is an opportune time to implement this as well, including (under this name or: as Chabad A and B) also the old village...
