לפלא שמעת מכתבו מכבר בו כתב אודות התעוררות לבבם של כמה מחבריו להוסיף אומץ בהתמדה ושקידה בלימוד תורת הנגלה ותורת החסידות וכן להדר בקיום מצותי', אין ממנו ידיעות נוספות, והרי ידוע הציווי שבכל יום ויום יהיו בעיניך כו' להוסיף על היום שעבר הן בתורה והן במצות, ובטח ימלא בהזדמנות הכי קרובה ובפרטיות הדרושה.
וכבר ידועה הוראת נשיאנו הק' שתלמיד ישיבת תומכי תמימים צריך להתייעץ בעניניו ובפרט בנוגע לתעמולה בין התלמידים, עם המשפיעים והר"י שלו, שהוא משומעי לקחם, ובטח גם בפו"מ נוהג כן אף שלא הזכיר עד"ז במכתבו הנ"ל, ומובן ג"כ שהתלמידים שעזרו ועוררו צריכים להיות הם עצמם דוגמא חי' ולמופת באופן הנהגתם ולימודם.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
It is surprising that although you heard from his letter some time ago, in which he wrote about the awakening of several of his friends to strengthen their diligence and perseverance in the study of Nigleh Torah and Chassidus, as well as to be meticulous in fulfilling its mitzvos, there have been no further updates from him. It is well known that the commandment is that every single day should be seen as new, to add upon the previous day both in Torah and mitzvos. Surely he will fulfill this at the earliest opportunity and with the necessary detail.
It is already known that our holy Nesi'im have instructed that a student of Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim should consult regarding his matters—especially concerning outreach among students—with his mashpi'im and roshei yeshivah, whose teachings he follows. Certainly, he also does so in practice even though he did not mention this in his above letter. It is also understood that the students who helped and inspired others must themselves be living examples and role models in their conduct and study.
