הנה עליו להשתדל להיות בקי בהלכות שבת עכ"פ באלו הצריכות, ובפרט ע"פ המבואר בקונטרס אחרון בסופו, לזאת עצה היעוצה וכו'.
ולהודעתו מיום ההולדת שלו, הנה בטח ינהג במנהגי יום הולדת כפי שנהגו אנ"ש בזמן האחרון, והשי"ת יתן שתהי' אצלו שנת הצלחה בלימוד התורה ובקיום המצות בהידור.

In response to your letter—without indication of when it was written—in which you write about what happened to you regarding boarding the ship while you were in Italy on Friday, Erev Shabbat, and you ask for a correction for this.
You should strive to be well-versed in the laws of Shabbat, at least those that are necessary, especially as explained at the end of Kuntres Acharon; therefore, this is the advised counsel, etc.
Regarding your notification about your birthday: certainly you will observe the birthday customs as Anash have done in recent times. May Hashem grant that this will be a year of success for you in Torah study and mitzvah observance with hiddur.
