בודאי למותר לעורר את כאו"א מאנ"ש אשר המאורע העבר ל"ע ול"ע צריך לגלות בהם כחות הנעלמים אשר בהם גדולה ההתקשרות עם רבותנו נשיאנו הק' ובמילא יוסיפו כל אחד ואחת ככל יכולתו בהתפתחות מוסדות חב"ד אשר באה"ק ת"ו ודוקא במקומם עתה, וכמובן ממאמרי רבנו הזקן, רבנו האמצעי, והצמח צדק הידועים ומוסג"פ העתק ממ"ש לאחד כו' אשר אפשר יענין גם את כת"ר, ומובן שלא לדרשא קאתינא, אלא שתקותי שגם הוא ינצל כל השפעתו בכיון האמור.

In response to your letter from Motzaei Shabbat in which you write regarding the order of affixing the mezuzah, based on what you heard from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe of blessed memory. Thank you very much for the details you shared. Since sometimes additional details come to mind after some time has passed, if you recall anything else related to this matter, please inform me—and thank you in advance.
Certainly it is unnecessary to remind each and every one of Anash that the recent event—may it not be repeated—should awaken within them hidden strengths, which are expressed in a greater bond with our holy Rebbeim and Nesi'im. Consequently, everyone should increase as much as possible their involvement in developing Chabad institutions in Eretz Yisrael specifically in their current location, as is clear from the teachings of our Rebbeim—the Alter Rebbe, the Mitteler Rebbe, and the tzt"z—which are well known. Enclosed is a copy of what I wrote to someone else which may also interest your honor. Of course, this is not meant as a sermon; rather, I hope that you too will use all your influence in this direction.
