מאשר הנני קבלת מכתביו מי"ג וכ"ז ניסן עם המוסגר בהם ויה"ר שיתפתחו הענינים ויתקדמו ככל האפשרי מתאים לדרישת השעה, ויהי' זה בהצלחה מופלגה, ולפלא שאינו מזכיר במכתבו האחרון התוצאות מביקורו של... שי' והעיקר בהנוגע להבפו"מ.
מובן שמצער מצב הענינים בהנוגע להארכת זמן החתונה של האברך... שי' וכמדומה שעוד אשתקד כתבתי להנ"ל שלא נראה לי דיחוי החתונה לזמן ארוך כ"כ ואם אפשר לעשות בזה מצדי או מצד הנהלת הרשת יודיעני, כי נכון הוא.
בטח ינצלו יום הל"ג בעומר הבע"ל באופן המתאים ובפרט שחל ביום שהת' פטורים מלימודי חול.

I acknowledge receipt of your letters from the 13th and 27th of Nissan with their enclosures. May it be G‑d's will that matters develop and progress as much as possible according to the needs of the time, and may this be with outstanding success. It is surprising that you did not mention in your last letter the results of your visit with... (may he live), especially regarding hafatzas pnimiyus haTorah u'mitzvos (the dissemination of the inner dimension of Torah and mitzvos).
It is understandable that the situation regarding the postponement of the Avrech's... (may he live) wedding is distressing. If I recall correctly, even last year I wrote to him that such a long delay does not seem appropriate to me. If there is anything I or the administration of the network can do about this, please inform me, as I am ready to help.
Certainly you will utilize the upcoming Lag BaOmer day in a fitting manner, especially since it falls on a day when students are exempt from secular studies.

The sending of this letter was delayed for a reason, and in the meantime letters dated the 5th and 11th of Iyar with enclosures were received—from Harav R' Aharon (may he live) Chaikin there is no letter at all.
Regarding replacement for villages that are emptying out—certainly there is an opportunity to increase both quantity (and quality) of students in the existing Oholei Yosef Yitzchak institutions.
