I received the packages of books—thank you for your effort in this matter. Certainly, you will continue this good practice and also encourage other Anash to do the same so that they will see and follow your example. Of course, please inform me of all expenses involved so the amount can be reimbursed promptly along with thanks. It is already known in such matters the instruction of our holy Nasi, the Rebbe (the Rashab), that one should notify about such expenses as this is a segulah (spiritual remedy) so that no one will come in the future to cause confusion. He gave such an answer to one of the chassidim of the previous generation who was distinguished and deeply connected to him with all his heart and soul; it is understood that he did so and continued in this manner in the future as well.

Your letter and pan for the day of hilulah were received on time. Certainly since then your work has developed in learning with Avrechim, etc., and in spreading the wellsprings in general; you utilized Purim properly and will do likewise on the upcoming Pesach holiday. May it be G‑d's will that it be with success, and write good news.
