Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from the 20th of Shevat, in which you write about your mood, that you lack vitality, etc., etc.
The well-known advice in such a case is to increase in the study of Chassidus, which is called the soul of Torah and adds light and vitality to all aspects of a person. One should also make an effort to serve Hashem with joy specifically, as the Zohar says (part II, 184b): "If one stands with a shining face below, then he is illuminated from above... A person's joy draws upon him another higher joy," see there.
Regarding what you wrote about how to utilize your abilities—consult with Anash who are present locally and know you and the possibilities available in your place. As it is already said: "Salvation comes with much counsel..."
It is surprising that you do not mention any additional study beyond what is required by the yeshiva schedule; after all, "the precepts of G‑d are upright, rejoicing the heart," even the physical heart.
Blessings for good news in all the above.
Summary
Increasing one's study of Chassidus brings light and vitality to life and uplifts mood. Serving Hashem with joy and seeking guidance from trusted friends are key steps toward emotional well-being.
