Shalom u'Vrachah!
Regarding what you wrote about the number nineteen—it is worth noting and illuminating from the discourse of the one who celebrates Yud-Tes Kislev, which is found in Torah Or, page 6d.
Regarding what you wrote about the number thirty-six—see Likkutei Torah Pekudei 4c. There in Bamidbar 5d. See also Shu"t Yehuda Yaaleh section 61.
1. Rubin, Jerusalem.
2. In connection with Yud-Tes Kislev.
3. Therefore, the Oral Torah is called by the name Chavah (Eve), because "Chavah" in gematria is equal to the filling (milui) of Havayah (the Divine Name), which totals nineteen [vav=10, alef=1, vav=7 alef=1 =19], since milui means revealing what is hidden as explained elsewhere.
4. Perhaps because Kislev can be read as "kis lo" (cover for him).
5. And these six attributes are called so because each attribute includes all six; this totals thirty-six, which is the gematria of "eleh." Also, "eleh" are the letters of Leah, who bore six sons—these are the aforementioned six attributes; thus "eleh" represents the vav (six) of Havayah's name—that is, six attributes each including all six.
6. And this is an explanation of the name Elokim as known from Zohar (introduction page 2a). Rather, it emerged from its source from concealment to revelation to be in a state of revealed world (alma d’itgalia), and there the name Mi was divided from Eleh—these are six directions each including all others [6x6=36 gematria eleh]. As explained in the discourse on "Eleh Pekudei HaMishkan," this means that love and awe are revealed openly in the heart and it becomes full of water.
7. There is a lengthy discussion there whether there are thirty-seven tractates or thirty-six tractates with Gemara; he leans toward saying that the number is thirty-six.
Summary
The Rebbe highlights how numbers like nineteen and thirty-six carry deep spiritual meaning in Torah thought—nineteen relating to revelation within concealment and thirty-six representing completeness through inclusion and unity among spiritual attributes.
