It is well known, the saying of the tzt"z: 'Kra laShemesh veyizrach or—Kra laShamesh veyizrach or' (Call to the sun and it will shine light—call to the shamesh and light will emanate).
The Frierdiker Rebbe explained: A shamesh must make it bright—meaning spiritual light—throughout the entire shul. And when one acts, in the end, one accomplishes.
