...ובמה שכותב כת"ר אודות מר ... שי' אשר השגחה העליונה העמידתו על חלק היפה שמסייע בעניני המוסד הק' אהלי יוסף יצחק אדמו"ר שעל שמו נקרא, ולפתע נתעוררה סברא אשר יעזוב חלקו זה ויעלה לאה"ק ת"ו לחפש לו ענינים אחרים.
מובן שאין לסברא זו יסוד בתורתנו הק', כי אפילו הנמצאים כבר בארץ הקדושה יוצאים לחו"ל בשביל תלמוד תורה, וכפסק המורה הגדול הוא הרמב"ם בהלכות מלכים פרק ח' הלכה ט', עאכו"כ שאי אפשר לעזוב ענין דתורה ותמכין דאורייתא ולמשש ולגשש אולי ימצא מה שהוא מתאים בשבילו, ויה"ר מבורא עולם אשר יאיר עיני הנ"ל לראות האמת ואת הטוב לפניו ולפני ב"ב שי' בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.

...Regarding what your honor writes about Mr. ... that Divine Providence has placed him in the fortunate position of assisting in the holy institution Oholei Yosef Yitzchak Admor, which bears his name, and suddenly an idea arose that he should abandon this role and move to Eretz HaKodesh to seek other pursuits. It is clear that this idea has no basis in our holy Torah, for even those already in the Holy Land travel abroad for Torah study, as ruled by the great teacher Rambam in Hilchot Melachim chapter 8 halachah 9. All the more so it is not permissible to abandon a matter of Torah and its supporters to search and grope for something else that might suit him. May it be G‑d's will that He enlighten the eyes of the aforementioned to see the truth and what is good for him and his family both materially and spiritually together.
