מאשרים קבלת מכתבן מתחלת חדש כסלו, הוא חדש הגאולה, ונעם לקרות בו אודות פעולותיהן במשך הזמן מעת מכתבן האחרון, והעיקר אשר הולכות הפעולות מתרחבות ומתפשטות, ובודאי גם בעתיד יעשו ככה, והשי"ת יצליחן.
במה שכותבות אודות יסוד גן במעברה, הנה אף כי בכלל נכון הדבר, אבל יש להזהר בזה מעניני השגת גבול גן חרדי הנמצא בקירוב מקום, ואף כי על פי דין בעניני חינוך אין הענין דהשגת גבול, יש חשש דהתחרות בלתי רצוי' כניסה בפוליטיקה וכו', ובודאי יוכלו לברר אם יש יסוד לחשש זה ובהתאם להבירור תחליטנה.
במ"ש אשר ישנה הצעה שיכנסו בחברת בקור חולים הקיימת מכבר, ויש סברא שבמשך הזמן לאחרי שיכנסו בעובי הקורה, יעבירו החברה על שמן.
הנה מובן שלא זהו מטרת ארגונן לרכוש ולכבוש חברות על שמן, כי אם לעבוד עבודתן בקדש, ובפרט בענינים שאין אחרים מטפלים בהם או שמטפלים שלא כדבעי או אפילו שלא ככל הדרוש, וכיון שחברה הנ"ל קיימת ויש בידה להתקיים גם להבא, כדאי יותר שינצלו זמנם ומרצם בשטחים אחרים מתאימים.
בטח יודיעו בפרטיות המתאימה אודות אופן הניצול של ימי חדש כסלו ושטח עבודתן, ות"ח מראש.

We acknowledge receipt of your letter from the beginning of the month of Kislev, the month of redemption. It was pleasant to read about your activities during this time since your last letter, and most importantly that your activities are expanding and spreading. Certainly you will continue this way in the future as well, and may Hashem grant you success.
Regarding what you wrote about establishing a Gan in the Maabara: although in general this is a proper thing, care must be taken not to encroach upon an existing religious Gan nearby. Even though according to halacha there is no issue of encroachment in matters of education, there is concern for undesirable competition and involvement in politics, etc. Certainly you can clarify if there is reason for such concern and decide accordingly based on your findings.
Regarding what you wrote about the suggestion to join the already existing Bikur Cholim society, and the idea that over time after becoming involved they might transfer the society under your name: it is understood that this is not the purpose of your organization—to acquire and take over societies under your name—but rather to do your holy work, especially in areas where others are not involved or are not doing so properly or sufficiently. Since this society already exists and can continue to function in the future as well, it would be better for you to invest your time and energy in other suitable areas.
Certainly you will inform me in appropriate detail about how you utilized the days of Kislev and about your area of activity. Thank you in advance.
