א) אודות גזיזת השערות של בנם אברהם ישראל שליט"א, הנה מה ששמעתי כן כ"פ, שגוזזים השער במלאת שלש שנים, ונתבאר הענין ג"כ בדא"ח ובנדפסים הוא בסידור מהרי"ד ח"א ההשמטות שכנראה הנדפס שם מיוסד על דרוש אדמו"ר הצמח צדק...
בודאי עושים הכנות הדרושות לנצל העת רצון דיום הבהיר י"ט כסלו הבע"ל יום גאולתנו ופדות נפשנו אשר אור וחיות נפשנו ניתן לנו, להפיץ (הפצה דוקא) המעיינות חוצה (אפילו להאנשים שלעת עתה נמצאים עדיין בחוץ), וחזקה לתעמולה, ובפרט בעת רצון וימי סגולה שפועלת פעולתה עד שניכר גם בחיי היום יומים.

In response to what you wrote in your recent letters: a) Regarding the cutting of the hair of your son Avraham Yisrael shlita, I have indeed heard many times that the hair is cut upon completing three years. This matter is also explained in Chasidic teachings and is printed in the Siddur of Maharid, part one, in the supplements—which apparently is based on a discourse of Admor tzt"z...
Certainly preparations are being made to take advantage of the auspicious time of the bright day of Yud Tes Kislev that is approaching—the day of our redemption and the liberation of our soul, when light and vitality for our soul were given to us—to spread (specifically spreading) the wellsprings outward (even to those who are currently still outside), with strong efforts for outreach, especially during an auspicious time and days of special merit whose effect can be seen even in daily life.
