Shalom u'Vrachah!

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from Erev Shabbat Kodesh with its enclosure, as well as the attached publication, whose content you can surely utilize regarding the matters we have discussed several times in words of inspiration, etc.

Although it seems that my following words do not always have the intended effect I mean, I must nevertheless say briefly that I see your involvement in strengthening and developing the shul is not at all as required by the matter. It is absolutely necessary for your personal benefit—not to mention the benefit of the shul—that your attitude be changed completely: namely, to set aside all calculations and arguments you have with the baal habayit, etc., and look at the matter truthfully—that this is your spiritual concern, and this is your material concern. If others—the baalei batim—help you in this, you should recognize your gratitude to them; if someone does not help as you wish, it is understood that this is no reason to neglect a matter that concerns you and your family. It is also obvious there is no place for reckoning with others or acting with resentment when the matter is not theirs but yours alone. Much more could be said about this…

With blessings for success in all of the above.

Summary
