I was pleased by what you wrote regarding the public Torah study sessions, and certainly you are increasing them from time to time. May it be His will that you conduct yourselves according to the wishes of our holy Nesi'im in what they hoped for from those connected to them, as brought in the Pesach 5694 (second volume) sichah [1] regarding the difference in conduct between the people of Berdichev—especially the select among them—and what was said about this by the Rebbe Maharash [2].
