לאחר שתיקתו נעם לי לקבל מכתבו מחדש אדר, ונהניתי לקרות בו מהשפעתו על סביבתו מכיריו וידידיו בענינים דיראת שמים, ועיקר העיקרים - בקיום דמצות מעשיות בפועל. ובודאי למותר לעוררו שאין להתרשם ממה שאין הדבר נעשה במהירות הרצוי', כי אין אתנו יודע עד מה, ובכל זה על כל או"א מאתנו לעשות ככל התלוי בו, וחזקה לתעמולה שאינה חוזרת ריקם, ובפרט כשהדברים יוצאים מן הלב שהם נכנסים אל הלב, אף שלפעמים - הפעולה לאחר זמן.
כבקשתו יכתבו לפאריז בהענין אודותו כותב ומזכיר במכתבו, והשי"ת יזכהו ויצליחו לבשר טוב בענינו הוא ובכל הנ"ל.

After your silence, I was pleased to receive your letter from Adar and enjoyed reading about your influence on your surroundings—acquaintances and friends—in matters of Yirat Shamayim, and most importantly in the actual fulfillment of practical mitzvos.
Certainly it is unnecessary to remind you not to be discouraged if things do not happen as quickly as desired, for none of us knows the full picture. Nevertheless, each of us must do all that depends on him, and it is certain that sincere efforts are never in vain—especially when words come from the heart, they enter the heart—even if sometimes the effect comes only after some time.
As you requested, a letter will be written to Paris regarding what you wrote and mentioned in your letter. May Hashem grant you merit and success to share good news regarding your matter and all those mentioned above.
