נעם לי לקבל מכתבו מו' טבת, בו מבשר אשר כבר נגמר בנין הבורות בשביל הכשרת המקוה, וכן שיעשוה ג"כ באופן שתהי' יפה ביופי חיצוני, וכבר ידוע עד כמה שהקפידו בזה רבותינו הק' אפילו ביופי חיצוני, ובלבד להסיר כל המניעות ולהקל ככל האפשרי בטהרת בנות ישראל ועי"ז בטהרת עם ישראל, שטהרה מביאה כו' לאלי' הנביא, וזכות הרבים תלוי בכל המתעסקים בזה בענין שהוא יסוד קיום עם ישראל.
ויה"ר מהשי"ת שילכו מחיל אל חיל למלאות שליחותו של אדם העליון שעל הכסא (עפמ"ש בלקו"ת ריש פ' ויקרא) מתוך בריאות והצלחה בבני חיי ומזוני רוויחי.

I was pleased to receive your letter from the 6th of Teves, in which you inform me that the construction of the pits for preparing the mikvah has already been completed, and that it will also be made in a way that is aesthetically beautiful. It is already well known how much our holy Rebbeim were particular about this, even regarding external beauty, provided that all obstacles are removed and it is made as easy as possible for the purity of Jewish daughters and thereby for the purity of the Jewish people. Purity brings, etc., to Eliyahu HaNavi (Elijah the Prophet), and the merit of the many depends on all those involved in this matter, which is a foundation for the existence of the Jewish people.
May it be G‑d's will that you go from strength to strength in fulfilling your mission from the supernal man upon the throne (as explained in Likkutei Torah at the beginning of Parshas Vayikra), with health and success in children, life, and abundant sustenance.
