במענה על מכתבו מי"ד כסלו, הנה כבקשתו אזכיר את כל אלו שכותב אודותם על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע להמצטרך להם כפי שכותב.
ובמענה על שאלתו. כדאי הי' שיתלמד לדבר בשפת המדינה כיון שעי"ז תהי' לו האפשרית להשפיע ולקרב ליהדות גם את אלו מהנוער שאין מבינים שפה אחרת, ומובן שאין כוונתי להתלמד בכל הפרטים אלא בהנוגע להנ"ל ובמילא תקותי שלא יקח זה זמן רב.
בברכת הצלחה בעבודתו בקדש לקרב לבן של ישראל לאבינו שבשמים ושתקוים בו הבטחת רבנו הזקן בתו"א בתחלתו שנעשים מוחו ולבו זכים אלף פעמים ככה.

In response to your letter from the 14th of Kislev, as you requested, I will mention all those you wrote about at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory, for what they need as you wrote.
And in response to your question: it would be worthwhile for you to learn to speak the language of the country, since through this you will have the ability to influence and draw closer to Judaism even those among the youth who do not understand any other language. Of course, my intention is not that you should master all its details but only as necessary for the above purpose; therefore I hope it will not take much time.
With blessings for success in your sacred work of bringing the hearts of Israel closer to our Father in Heaven, and that in you will be fulfilled the promise of Rabbeinu HaZaken at the beginning of Torah Or: that one's mind and heart become a thousand times more refined.
Summary
