Regarding what you wrote about publicizing selections from my talks at farbrengens in recent years: certainly you will add that these are copies based on the notes of the listeners.
It would be appropriate for the authors and essayists with whom you are connected to explain to them that the library established through me is also for the benefit of the public. Therefore, several of the best authors and essayists send their works to this publisher (of course, as a reciprocal gesture—if requested—they can exchange them for Kehot publications), so that this library will also contain their opinions and topics, with proper explanation. Especially if you take upon yourself the effort of sending and covering the expenses involved (which will naturally be reimbursed), then surely this matter will come to fruition.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that transparency about sources is important when sharing Torah insights and encourages contributing Torah works to communal libraries for the benefit of all, assuring support in facilitating such exchanges.
