און עס דארף אזוי איינגעשטעלט ווערען אז יעדער פון די מתפללים און לערנער זאלען מיטנעמען וואס אויך אהיים צו אנווארימען די הייזער מיט אידישקייט ווארימקייט און ליכטיקייט פון נר מצוה ותורה אור ומאור שבתורה.
און אזוי ווי יעדער לעבעדיקע זאך וואקסט, אזוי דארף אויך דאס אויבען דערמאנטע וואקסען פון צייט צו צייט, און בפרט אין די שולען וועלכע טראגען אויף זיך דעם הייליקען נאמען פון אר"י ז"ל זכותו יגן עלינו ועל כל ישראל האבען א באזונדער חוב און באזונדער זכות צו בארעכטיגען, דורך איינווירקען אויף די מתפללים און אויף דער גאנצער סביבה, דעם נאמען וועלכע די שול טראגט. ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון.

I was pleased to receive greetings from you through the secretary Moreinu HaRav Eliezer ben Moshe. May Hashem help that you should be able to report good news regarding the increase in the number of those who pray in the synagogue and the increase in participants in the classes that are taught publicly, for these are the pillars upon which a shul stands.
It should be arranged so that each of those who pray and study can also take something home, to warm their houses with Yiddishkeit—warmth and light from "Ner Mitzvah v'Torah Or u'Meor ShebaTorah" (the candle of mitzvah and the light of Torah and the luminary within Torah).
Just as every living thing grows, so too must what was mentioned above grow from time to time. Especially in those shuls that bear the holy name of Ari z"l—may his merit protect us and all Israel—there is a special obligation and privilege to justify this by influencing both those who pray there and the entire surrounding community with the name that the shul bears. There is nothing that stands in the way of willpower.
Blessings for a kosher and joyous Pesach to all those who pray and study there, as well as all their household members.

The Rebbe teaches that every shul should empower its members to bring Torah warmth into their homes, ensuring continual spiritual growth for both individuals and communities. This is especially vital for synagogues bearing names of great tzaddikim.
