Thank you for pointing out that you found in some books that it is written one should shake (the lulav) at the first saying of 'Hodu' and not when it is repeated. Regarding what you quoted as being according to the Arizal, so far I have not found a source for this (and certainly the intention is only that one shakes once and not twice).

Also, thank you for quoting from Sefer Zikaron Yaakov and Yosef etc. As for what you wrote about the Roshei Teivot from our Sages, indeed this is in the writings of the Arizal (on L'T Eikev). May Hashem grant you merit and success to share good news in all of the above.
