Regarding what you wrote about the awakening that was brought about by the letter and the gathering: as long as it does not come down into actuality—that is, into concrete action—it is well known what was said about this, using the language of the verse: 'Nesi'im v'Ruach v'Geshem Ayin...' (clouds and wind but no rain...).

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that inspiration alone is insufficient; it must be expressed through real, tangible actions. Only then does spiritual awakening have true value and impact.
