3) As you requested, when I am at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, I will mention ... for a speedy recovery. Certainly, you will take an opportunity to clarify whether he was born in purity. This is similar to when one goes to a lawyer or doctor—one must describe the situation as it truly is; otherwise, it harms the one asking and is also illogical. The same applies in our case. This should also be explained to the child's parents—that my question is by no means intended to provoke any legal matter, G‑d forbid; rather, treatments must fit the situation and its causes. As explained in medical wisdom: a true doctor heals not just symptoms but their causes; treating only symptoms is temporary since the cause remains unchanged. There is no need to elaborate further.

4) I was very pleased that when you meet with our Jewish brethren you inspire them regarding their source and origin. I was even more pleased that you are shown tangibly that your words have an effect—a privilege not everyone merits: to see fruit from one's efforts immediately or at least within a short time. This very phenomenon proves that not only are your intentions desirable but your actions as well; therefore, you are assisted from Above and granted additional strength to continue these activities.

5) Last but not least: I see that you have reached sixty years and celebrated this milestone, and even your colleagues recognize your value and accomplishments. May it be G‑d's will that for many more years you bring the hearts of Jewish sons and daughters closer to our Father in Heaven—and may this be done with good health and peace of mind...

I am pleased that you print collections of sayings from our Sages (Razal), and surely you will add suitable selections on spiritual healing—that is, healing of the soul—as explained in Rambam's Shemoneh Perakim regarding its similarity to physical healing. Even contemporary doctors increasingly value psychology so that a person may be healthy in body.

Sources and collections from Razal on medicine in Shas: I recall seeing several years ago a special collection on this topic—if I remember correctly, its author was Heilpern. Also, surely you will be interested in "The Talmud and World Sciences" by Rabbi Kamellar—the latter covers all sciences. Both authors appear G‑d-fearing.
