According to what the Rav... shlita writes to me, you are all involved, as well as your children, in Jewish communal work to influence your surroundings in matters of Yiddishkeit. The merit of this cannot be measured. It is known the saying that my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, transmitted in the name of the holy Baal Shem Tov: As precious as an only child is to his parents, every Jewish man and woman—young and old—is even more precious to the Almighty, blessed be He. And when one imagines the pleasure parents feel when they are reunited with their only child whom they have not seen for a long time, it is infinitely greater the pleasure given to Hakadosh Baruch Hu when a Jew is brought closer—to Yiddishkeit and to Hashem Himself. The reward and merit for this cannot be estimated. May Hashem help you see this with your own physical eyes—how it is realized with true Jewish nachas from your children—and you and your wife should receive this in good health and happiness.
