Shalom u'Vrachah!
I was pleased to receive your letter from the 8th of Shevat and the enclosed pan, which was read at an auspicious time at the resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory.
Thank you for the good news you shared regarding the farbrengen of the yeshiva students and the division of the six orders of Mishnah among them. You write that it amounts to approximately twenty-four chapters per student. Seemingly, this is too much for students from the lower classes you mention in your letter, and I rely on their understanding to arrange it in a manner appropriate to their abilities.
You surely know from those who came from here about what was discussed during the Yud Shevat farbrengen regarding Et"h (Igud Talmidei HaYeshivos), and will certainly organize matters accordingly.
With blessings for proper health.
Summary
The Rebbe advises adjusting Torah study expectations based on each student's abilities and emphasizes thoughtful organization in communal Torah activities. Sensitivity to individual capacity is key in both learning and leadership.
