הפ"נ שמסגיר במכתבו אקראם על ציון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ בעת רצון.
לפלא שאינו מזכיר אם משתתף הנהו בחלוקת הש"ס, וכידוע שלכל הפחות צריך כל אחד ללמוד מסכת גמרא בשנה (ראה לקוט כ"ח בסופו).
בטח ימשיך ברשימת זכרונותיו אף שבמכתב זה לא נמצא.

In response to your letter from 22 Elul, informing me that a daughter was born to you—mazal tov! I hereby express my blessings: mazal tov, mazal tov. May you and your wife merit to raise her to Torah, chuppah, and good deeds.
The pan (petitionary note) you enclosed in your letter—I will read it at the resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, at an auspicious time.
It is surprising that you do not mention whether you are participating in the division of Shas; as is known, everyone should at least learn one tractate of Gemara per year (see Likutei 28 at its end).
Certainly you will continue your list of recollections even though it was not included in this letter.
